  1. Mix all ingredients except for the basic mashed potatoes to form a dough. Then add the basic mashed potatoes, let it rise, place it into a toast mold, and let it rise again.
  2. Brush with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180 gradi Celsius per 40 minuti.
  3. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before taking the toast out of the mold.
