Method
- Prepare mashed potatoes by mixing 馬鈴薯 with a little milk and salt, then adding warm water.
- Soak the red dates in warm water, remove the pits, and cut them into shreds. Add rock sugar and osmanthus jam, simmer until it forms a sauce. Pour the sauce over the mashed potatoes.
