Method
 

  1. Roll the basic mashed potatoes into sticks, coat with flour and fry until golden brown. Blanch the seafood mushrooms in boiling water and stir-fry, set aside.
  2. n a pan, add base oil, Thai chicken sauce, minced garlic, green garlic, green and red peppers, stir-fry until fragrant. Add the seafood mushrooms and potato sticks, season, and stir-fry.
