- Mix basic mashed potatoes with flour, press into 1 cm thick slices, and cut into cubes.
- Use a fork to create patterns on the cubes, boil them in water until they float, then remove and let them cool. Cook the shrimp, scallops, and mussels, set aside.
- Stir-fry chopped onions in olive oil until fragrant, add the blanched seafood and cherry tomatoes, pour in the cooked potato gnocchi, add tomato sauce, and stir-fry evenly.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
