  • 150 g Basic mashed potatoes
  • 150 g 31-40 tail-off peeled shrimp meat
Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Thai sweet chili sauce

Method
 

  1. Wrap the shrimp meat with basic mashed potatoes, leaving the shrimp tail outside. Coat each ball with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  2. Deep fry in oil at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Serve on a plate with Thai sweet chili sauce.
